Lokesh meets the CEO of Microsoft to request support for promoting IT development in Andhra

Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Minister Nara Lokesh revealed on Tuesday that he met with Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella to discuss potential collaborations aimed at enhancing digital transformation and creating opportunities in the state.

While on his tour of the USA, Lokesh took to social media to share that he also sought the tech giant’s expertise and support to advance IT initiatives in Andhra Pradesh.

“I had a productive discussion with @satyanadella, CEO of @Microsoft. I sought his valuable insights and support in advancing IT, AI, and skill development in Andhra Pradesh. I look forward to exploring collaborative initiatives to enhance digital transformation and opportunities in the state,” Lokesh mentioned in his post.

Lokesh will be attending the ITServe Alliance Synergy Conference in Las Vegas on October 29 and plans to unveil a statue of former Chief Minister N.T. Rama Rao in Atlanta, USA, on October 31.

On Monday, he visited Tesla’s headquarters, where he met with Chief Financial Officer Vaibhav Taneja in Austin and proposed Anantapur District as an optimal location for electric vehicle and battery production facilities.
